I started my little mason jar sprout garden a couple of days ago...
What I used:
Mung Beans and Broccoli sprout seeds {both bought at the health food store}
2 mason jars
rubber bands
cloth to cover
What I did:
Added 1/4 cup of each in the bottom of the jar.
Covered with water.
Covered jar with cloth and rubber band.
What's next?
You have to rinse them twice a day.
And you sit and wait.
I should have sandwich and stir fry ready sprouts in a couple of days.
