A little over a week ago we celebrated Morgan's 2nd birthday with a big party with family and friends, but today on the actual day of his birthday we are celebrating with a low key day - just the three of us.
Last night, we filled the floor of his room with balloons so he would
see them when he woke up. We could hear him on the monitor when he woke
up this morning saying "bol, bol, bol" {aka balloon}. It was super
cute.
We also layed out his birthday present from us out on the living room floor last night - one of those activity rugs with a road on it, and a new box of matchbox cars. He loved it!
Later, we went out for chinese for lunch. This was Morgan's fortune:

Finally we returned home and sang "Happy Birthday" again over a yummy jello cake.
I still cannot believe it was two years ago today that this little man came into our lives and enriched them more than we ever could have imagined.
